You are able to place your order by sending us an email at planetconsolesmalta@gmail.com, through our Online Shop, via our FB page or by sending us a message through our online chat service on our website. Our online shop purchases are required to be paid in full and our Customer Care Reps will revert with further information with regards to your delivery. Please check our Terms and Conditions page for full information.
At our store, we accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and all local bank debit cards. Also, we accept BOV Mobile payment & Revolut.
When you place a pre-order, you can choose to pay either a 50% deposit or the full amount upfront. If you opt for the 50% deposit, the remaining balance is payable once the item arrives, either upon collection in-store or before delivery.
We do our best to meet all estimated arrival and release dates. However, delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside our control, so the original ETA cannot be guaranteed.
Yes, the delivery is free for all orders over €50.
